Inputs & assumptions
Outer dimensions 4.80 × 3.60 m, cutout 1.20 × 1.20 m. Tiles 60 × 60 cm, 3 mm joints, straight grid offset by 20 cm on both axes. Each cut initially uses a separate tile. Reserve is added to the calculated quantity. Pack quantities depend on your product.
Reuse offcuts: in this example, the quantity before reserve drops from 59 to 49 tiles. Calculated with a 3 mm kerf, at least 8 cm offcuts and no more than one visible cut edge per piece.

Which flooring can I plan?
Tiles, laminate, vinyl and terrace slabs. Choose the size and laying direction. Pedestals and rail systems are also available for terraces.
How are quantities calculated?
The app places your chosen pattern on your floor plan and counts full tiles and cuts. Waste comes from that layout. Your chosen reserve is added separately. Measurement errors, breakage and differences during installation cannot be ruled out.
Can I share my plan?
You can take a PDF material list with you. Premium also lets you share read-only client views and organize projects by client.
